Upcoming Training

Currently pursuing the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy

The FBI-LEEDA Trilogy is a nationally recognized leadership development program designed specifically for law enforcement professionals who are preparing for, or currently serving in, supervisory and executive roles. Delivered through a partnership between the FBI and the Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (LEEDA), the trilogy provides progressive, practical leadership training grounded in real-world policing.

The trilogy consists of three core courses:

  • Supervisor Leadership Institute (SLI)
This foundational course focuses on the transition from line officer to first-line supervisor. It emphasizes leadership principles, communication, ethics, emotional intelligence, team building, and managing personnel effectively in today’s law enforcement environment.

  • Command Leadership Institute (CLI)
Designed for mid-level managers, CLI builds on supervisory leadership and concentrates on organizational leadership, strategic thinking, change management, accountability, and decision-making at the command level. Participants learn how to align personnel, policy, and mission while leading through complexity.

  • Executive Leadership Institute (ELI)
The capstone of the trilogy, ELI is tailored for senior leaders and executives. This course focuses on vision, organizational culture, executive decision-making, succession planning, community trust, and leading agencies through long-term challenges and transformation.

Together, the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy equips law enforcement leaders with the skills, mindset, and ethical framework necessary to lead effectively at every level—strengthening agencies, supporting personnel, and enhancing public trust.
